Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All items available at Honest Cooks are printed to order. We print the t-shirts, for example, when you place an order for it. Therefore, we are able to ship items within 3-4 days of placing the order. 

We offer a Fixed Shipping Rate of $6 per order for US addresses, irrespective of the number of items in your order.

Items are shipped the same day they are printed & packaged. At this time, we are only offering Standard Shipping.

Items may take up to 15 days to reach you, but in most cases our packages are delivered within 7 days.

For US orders above $75, shipping is free.

For Canadian orders, shipping is $12 per order. Orders above $125, qualify for free shipping.

For all other locations, shipping is $25 per order. Orders above $250 qualify for free shipping.

For all orders outside of the US, the customer is responsible for all tariffs and fees that the country of your residence may levy on the products.  Honest Cooks does not regulate any of these fees, nor do we bear responsibility of such fees.

Returns

For orders shipped outside of US, we are not able to guarantee refunds, returns and/or exchanges. Please send us an email with your order number to know more.

 

For US Orders:
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging, with tags & labels intact.

 

To return your product, please send us an email within 10 days of purchase and we will tell you how to proceed. You will bear the shipping cost to ship your item to us. For items over $50, we suggest using trackable shipping method.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Stickers

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include your order number in your email.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that your returned item/s have been received.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


Once the returned items are approved, then your refund will be processed within 6 hours of approval of your returned goods. Credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary based on your bank. 

Late or missing refunds:
If 15 days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please with check your bank, OR contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please send us an email with your order number, date of return initiated, and dollar amount of the return.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items or items purchased with coupons are not liable for refunds.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We are only able replace items if they are delivered defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item for another item of the same value, please send us an email and we will let you know how to proceed. You will bear the shipping cost to ship your item to us and we will bear the shipping cost to send you the exchange items. For items over $50, we suggest using trackable shipping method.
